General Questions

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account or contacting us.

Once we receive an order, we expect it to ship out one business day later barring any unforeseen issues. If your order is placed over the weekend, and standard delivery is selected, we expect your package to ship out no later than Tuesday.

Orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order.

Payments

We accept PayPal, debit cards, and major credit cards.

If it says failed/pending it means that the payment has not and will not go through. First of all, please try to pay from another browser, or try another card. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to check with them first for possible reasons:

1. Not enough funds in the account.

2. Maximum daily limit set by the bank for a transaction.

3. Default block on international transfers – please check with your bank to ensure they allow international transfers with your card.

4. Your bank requires you to activate 3-D Secure.

Yes, absolutely. SSL is used on our site to protect online transactions and ensure that confidential and sensitive information (e.g. credit card information, user login credentials, personal data) is encrypted and transmitted securely.

Currently, we do not accept Bitcoin or any form of digital currency.

Shipping

We ship all over the world.

All products on our website support free shipping via standard shipping. If you need express shipping service, you need to pay extra shipping fee.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA, click here. The request takes 3-5 days to process.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we can change the order as the majority of our orders are processed instantly as our ordering system is automated. In the unlikely event that your order has not been processed, we may be able to change it, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped we can’t change your address or any part of your order.

We ship your orders from 2 different fulfillment centers.
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Fullerton. However, orders for some products will be shipped directly from Asia, subject to stock status.
Orders to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our fulfillment center in Asia.
